Changing your Castaway Cloud Password

Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Your Password

1. Log In to Your Account:
   Start by signing in to your Castaway Cloud account using your current credentials.

2. Access Your Profile Settings:
   Once logged in, locate and click on the head & shoulders icon in the top-right corner of the screen

3. Select "Profile Settings" from the dropdown menu

4. Initiate the Password Reset Process:
   In the Manage my Profile screen, click on the "Reset Password" button

5. Enter Your Credentials:

   • Old Password: You’ll first need to enter your current password for verification.
   • New Password: Create a new password that is easier for you to remember, but still secure.
   • Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password to ensure there are no typos.

6. Complete the Process:
   After entering the required details, confirm your changes by clicking on the "Update" Button. Your new password should now be active, and you can use it the next time you log in.
