If you're experiencing issues when clicking Publish PDF and nothing happens, it may be due to browser settings or pop-up blockers preventing the file from downloading. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Check for Pop-up Blockers
Pop-up blockers in your browser may prevent the PDF from opening. To allow pop-ups for Castaway Cloud, follow the instructions for your browser:
1. Google Chrome
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
- Under "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects," select "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects" option
2. Microsoft Edge
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions > Pop-ups and redirects.
- Allow pop-ups for Castaway Cloud by adding the site to the allowed list.
3. Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button (☰) and select Settings.
- Navigate to Privacy & Security, and under "Permissions," uncheck Block pop-up windows or click Exceptions and add Castaway Cloud to the list.
Try a Different Browser
If the issue persists, try using a different supported browser, such as:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
