In Castaway Cloud, users are able to append Client IDs to their Projects. At the end of a period, each month perhaps, clients can prepare a CSV Report of active files with Client IDs.
Adding a Client ID to a Project
You can add a Client ID to any Project during setup or any time during the life of the Project.
During Setup for Manual Project
1. In your Projects screen, click on the New Project button
2. During the preparation of your file treatment, add your Client ID
If you have an existing Project or one you've created with a GL Integration
1. Choose your Project from your Project List
2. Go to the Project Overview screen and click on Edit
3. The Project Build screen will pop up. Enter or change your Client ID in the highlighted field
Producing a Client Project Report at the end of a Period
- Click on the head & shoulders icon at the top right hand side of the screen
- Click on Manage Account
- Choose the Clients tab
- Select the Export to Excel icon. Your file will download
