Expanding your Budget Data View in the Element Editor

Castaway Cloud currently allows you to extend a forecast project for a maximum of 5 years.

By default, when you're in the Element Editor, Castaway only displays the current financial year. This can be expanded to accommodate for following years.

To forecast for subsequent years in the Forecast Workspace, you will need to:

1. Navigate to Forecast > Element Settings
2. Choose the data entry screen of the specific account. This can be for any element in your Chart of Accounts
3. Click on the Annual column header to expand your view to the individual months. 

Tip!

You can also collapse/ hide the periods within a financial year by clicking on the same annual column, giving you more space to navigate.
