By default, Castaway Cloud sets its projects to a 2-year minimum. The maximum length of time for a forecast is 5 years.
It's important to understand that while the maximum length of a project is 5 years, that is the total length of your project, including the prior years you have included.
Extending your project
To add years to an existing Project:
- Go to Overview > Project Details > Edit > Project Timeline
- Change your Duration by manually entering the extended number of years or increase it by using the arrows
- Click Update to Save your extended duration
Reducing years in a Project
A similar process can be used to reduce the number of years in a Project.
Years are removed backward starting from the most recent year.
To remove years from an existing project, go to Overview and under Project Settings, reduce the Number of Years to the new total project length.
