You are unable to log in to your Castaway Cloud account and are receiving one of the following error messages after you enter your credentials:

Explanation
Figure 1 - You are attempting to log into an account that has been cancelled or suspended. Or you have had multiple attempts (>3 times) at logging into your Castaway Cloud account with an incorrect password.
Figure 2 - You might experience this if you are logging into your Castaway Cloud account with an incorrect password (up to 3 times).
Troubleshooting
If you believe your restricted access might be due to an incorrect password, please try to reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot?' text.
If your account has been cancelled or suspended, or if the problem persists. please contact our Customer Success team by emailing support@castawayforecasting.com. Our agents will explore the issue and either unlock your account or resolve it with you.
