By default, Castaway Cloud will load the most recent 24 months of data (including the current month) when Integrating with an online External Source such as Xero, MYOB or QBO.
For example, if today is February 2024 then Castaway will load data from March 2022 to February 2024.
The current month is always included when you load the data. This allows you to perform intra-month reporting easily.
If you want to load data for more or fewer months:
- Go to Forecast > External Sources
- Select the icon of the data source you'd like to Integrate with
- After logging into your Source's online account, you will need to confirm which file you'd like to connect to. Here, you can adjust how many months of data you'd like to load by either manual entry or using the arrows
- Click Import to proceed and review your loaded months
