How do I trial or buy Castaway Cloud?
To purchase a Castaway Cloud subscription, you will first need to register for an account. If you haven't already registered, you can sign up HERE for a free 14-day trial.
Once you have signed up for an evaluation, you can purchase anytime during your free trial.
The only way to purchase Castaway is online (via our website or via our app if if you have been evaluating) and we have a no-contract, month-by-month subscription offering.
How do I purchase a Castaway Cloud subscription?
Once your Castaway Cloud account has been created, you can purchase a licence through your account settings by:
- Login to Castaway Cloud
- Click the person icon in the top right > Manage Account
- Click the Subscription tab and choose your plan (you can manage this at any time)
- Follow the prompts to purchase

How do I pay for my Castaway Cloud Subscription?
With a Castaway subscription, you pay monthly, in advance.
Payment is by credit card.
For our SaaS offering, as opposed to our other products, we no longer offer an invoice in advance option unless the customer is an Enterprise Customer and the subscription Plan is 100 files (Plan100) or more.
Who controls my Castaway Cloud subscription?
If you have created your Castaway Cloud account, by default you will belong to an Organisation and will be the Organisation Owner. This role is essentially a Super Administrator, providing access to account and billing settings.
As an Organisation Owner you can:
- Purchase a Castaway Cloud subscription
- Purchase and remove additional Project Files
- Upgrade/Downgrade your Subscription
- Cancel your subscription
Note
Your account may have have other admin level users but only the Organisation Owner will be able to change subscription settings. For more information about user roles, read our guide HERE
