We aim to offer customers flexibility around subscription renewals, upgrades, downgrades, other changes and cancellation. We can only do this if we offer our software subscriptions on a month-by-month basis.
Castaway Desktop
We no longer offer annual subscriptions for sales of our Castaway Desktop product.
However, Desktop subscription renewals are different. Please refer to this article for guidance.
Castaway Cloud
Castaway Cloud is offered as a monthly subscription only for many of our customers. We will not offer annual subscriptions for our Castaway Cloud product.
Enterprise customers (defined as having more than 100 files) will have more flexibility around subscription payment options. For instance, Enterprise customers will be offered the option to pay monthly, quarterly or 6-monthly.
