Overview
Castaway Cloud subscriptions are monthly, paid by credit card and have no long-term commitment. The only way to purchase is online - either via the Castaway website or directly in-app. Before purchasing, you will need to register for a Castaway Cloud account.
If you have not yet registered, sign up at www.cloudcastaway.com/register for a free 14-day trial. You can purchase a subscription at any point during your trial - Overview: Evaluating Castaway
Steps to Purchase a Subscription
- Log in to Castaway Cloud - Accessing Castaway Cloud
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Select Manage Account
- Click the Subscription tab
- Choose your Plan and progress through the shopping cart
Once payment has been processed, your Plan will automatically become available.

Plans
Castaway offers the following Plans: Plan3, Plan10, Plan20, Plan50 and Plan100. You can upgrade, downgrade, add additional Project files or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

Who Manages the Subscription?
Subscription management is controlled by the Organisation Owner - the super administrator of your Organisation's Castaway account. Only the Organisation Owner can make changes to subscription settings, even where other Administrator-level users exist in the account.
As Organisation Owner you can:
- Purchase a Castaway Cloud subscription
- Purchase and remove additional Project files
- Upgrade or downgrade your Plan
- Cancel your subscription
