Once your Storyboard is ready, you can publish it as a PDF directly from Castaway. This article covers how to configure your PDF settings, publish and manage your published PDFs.
Configuring your PDF Settings
Before publishing, open Global Settings to configure the following:
- Set the Storyboard Month to the reporting period you wish to publish
- Select your preferred footer option - available options are Date, Time, Title and Project Name
Click Update to save your changes.
Publishing your PDF
- Click Publish PDF.
- Enter a name for your PDF copy.
- Click Publish.
It may take a minute or two for Castaway to generate your PDF.
Managing Published PDFs
Your published Storyboard PDFs are saved to the Documents Library alongside any published Report Stacks. It may take a few moments for your published PDF to appear once publishing is complete.
