This article covers how to disconnect an external source from a Castaway Project. This may be needed when switching to a different integration source or resolving a connection conflict.
CRITICAL: Once a source is removed, the mapping associated with that connection cannot be recovered. If you reconnect to the same source in the future, the mapping process will need to be completed again. Please confirm you are comfortable with this before proceeding.
Steps to Disconnect
- Navigate to Forecast > External Sources.
- In Step 1 of the Import panel, select the source you wish to disconnect from the dropdown.
- Click Remove to disconnect and delete the mapping file associated with that source.
- Confirm the action in the confirmation box to proceed.
