Overview
By default, Castaway Cloud loads the most recent 24 months of data — including the current month — when connecting to an external source such as Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks. The current month is always included to support intra-month reporting.
For example, if today is February 2024, the default load will bring in data from March 2022 to February 2024.
If you need to load more or fewer months than the default, follow the steps below.
Adjusting the Number of Months to Load
- Go to Forecast > External Sources.
- Click the icon of the integration source you wish to connect to.
- After logging in to your source account, confirm the file you wish to connect to. At this screen, adjust the number of months you would like to load using either manual entry or the arrows.
- Click Import to proceed.
