Registration
Before Accessing Castaway Cloud, you will need to register for an account. Registration is required whether you are an evaluator, Org Owner, Administrator, Analyst or invited Guest (See: Overview: User Roles & Permissions)
How to Register
There are two ways to access the registration form:
- Direct link: www.cloudcastaway.com/register
- Via login page: www.cloudcastaway.com (click the Register at the bottom)
Complete all fields in the registration form and submit.
Confirming your Account
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from support@castawayforecasting.com. Open the email and click Activate My Account to confirm your registration.
It is important to complete this step before attempting to log in. Once activated, subsequent sign ins will also allow you to reset your password and sign in with Xero.
Troubleshooting Registration Issues
| Issue | Why it Happens |
|---|---|
| Using Forgot Password before activating | This will not work as your email address is not yet registered with Castaway - there is no password to reset. Complete activation first. |
| Signing in with Xero before registering | This will not work as there is no registered Castaway account to connect to Xero. Complete registration and activation first. |
